2026 CIRCLE + WORKSHOP DATES
In the busyness of everyday life, we are often focused outward, giving our energy to work, family, and the needs of others. These circles are a sacred invitation to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
Together we create a gentle space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. A space where nothing is expected of you and everything else can wait. This time is devoted entirely to you—to rest, receive, and nurture your mind, body, and soul. Men are also invited to attend Meditation and Frequency Healing Circles.
No previous meditation experience is needed to attend. These circles are open-hearted, inclusive, and welcoming to all who feel called to join. If you feel drawn to one of my circles, please reach out. Further details will be shared once your place has been confirmed.
Each gathering includes herbal tea, chocolate, the beautiful aromas of Young Living Essential Oils, and intuitive Oracle Card messages, creating a warm and nourishing experience for the heart and spirit.
Life may feel a little crazy at the moment, so for now, I’ve decided to let you choose what you’d like to pay for my Circles. I honestly believe that meditation and coming together in Circle is so important—especially right now. If paying full price is holding you back from attending, please feel free to choose an amount that feels right for you.
I’m also considering offering Meditation Circles online to help save you travel time and petrol costs. If this is something you’d be interested in, I’d love to hear from you.
