2026 CIRCLE DATES

Often, life keeps us busy and outward-focused, attending to the needs of others. These circles are an invitation to turn inward — to slow down, be fully present, and reconnect with yourself. This time is just for you. Everything else can wait. All you need to do is breathe.

No previous meditation experience is required to attend the Meditation Circle. These gatherings are open, inclusive, and welcoming to all.

If you feel called to join one of my circles, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Further details will be shared once your booking is confirmed.

Circles include herbal tea, chocolate, Young Living Essential Oils, and Oracle Card messages, creating a warm and nourishing experience.
