CIRCLE + WORKSHOP DATES
In the busyness of everyday life, we often give so much of our energy to work, family, and the needs of others. These circles are a gentle invitation to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself.
Together, we create a calm and nurturing space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be. A space where nothing is expected of you and everything else can wait. This is your time to rest, receive, and nourish your mind, body, and soul. No previous meditation experience is needed.
These circles are open-hearted, inclusive, and welcoming to all who feel called to attend. Men are also warmly welcomed to Meditation and Frequency Healing Circles. Each gathering includes herbal tea, chocolate, Young Living Essential Oils, and intuitive Oracle Card messages, creating a soothing and heart-centred experience.
