WELLNESS OPTIONS
I offer a variety of complementary treatments to awaken and nurture your mind, body and soul. When you allow yourself to receive, and be completely nurtured, you will notice a difference. When you take time to receive healing on a regular basis, it allows your mind and body to completely relax. Deep relaxation can enhance your body's natural healing process and therefore is likely to improve your health and well-being. Combinations of healing options are available to suit your individual needs.
CORPORATE MEDITATION is something I offered to a few clients during 2024. I would love to work with you to tailor something to suit your needs and support your employees. Workshops are also available.

This new and exciting format includes Frequency Music and a variety of Sound instruments to help you relax and reset.

Creative Workshops
Connect with your creative side, yes, you have one, and allow yourself to go on a journey as you start to relax and release the frustration that may arise. These half or full-day workshops start by opening sacred space together and include rituals of essential oils, oracle card messages and meditation. All craft materials, herbal tea and light refreshments are included. You will have a lot of fun and create something very special that you will be very proud of.
If you have a group of friends that you would like to get together to hold a private workshop I would love to facilitate this for you.
Kids workshops are also offered throughout the year. These workshops are also available for schools and perhaps birthday parties. Let's chat if this sounds of interest to you. In 2024, I had a great time at Magill School with their Year 2 Science students creating Rainbow Shakers to help them learn more about sound and vibration.
