2025 MEDITATION CIRCLE DATES

We seem to be so busy always doing things, often for other people. Meditation offers you time to connect in with yourself. Allow yourself to be fully present just for you. Everything else can wait. All you have to do is breathe. You don't need to have any prior experience at meditating to join my beautiful Meditation Circle. Everyone is welcome.
